We are looking for a bright and exceptional Front-End Lead Engineer to join our Technology team. You will be involved in building complex next-generation software used by our clients and architecting solutions to support new technical and business initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Design and Build efficient and reusable User Interfaces for our Web Applications
  • Identification of cutting-edge front-end technologies and driving their adoption in our Web Applications
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build scalable and intuitive solutions for Complex User Flows
  • Identify and resolve Performance and Scalability Issues.

What you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or, an equivalent course)
  • 5+ Years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer in a technology firm
  • Expertise in building Enterprise-grade front-end systems for complex User flows.
  • Proficiency in ES6 TypeScript versions of Javascript
  • Proficiency in one of the following front-end frameworks: React, AngularJS, vue. JS
  • Proficiency in state management frameworks like Redux, MobX
  • Proficiency in building tools like WebPack, Babel
  • Hands-on experience in tuning and enhancing front-end Performance
  • Functional experience of building and/or consuming APIs
  • Deep problem-solving ability and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills

What You’ll Contribute Engineer technical solutions for the FICO global, endpoint environment. Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for key corporate technology systems, especially related to our macOS computing environment. Support and administer corporate technologies. This includes but is not limited to: end-user data recovery applications, security, and authentication applications, and macOS software. Design and maintain the security posture of the FICO corporate computing environment. Act as an escalation point in resolving global technology issues impacting our end users. Evaluate and recommend new endpoint technologies for the environment as well as working to continuously improve existing and develop new processes and procedures as appropriate. Lead technical projects and initiatives to further advance our macOS computing environment. What We’re Seeking Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science. Technical and/or team leadership experience with endpoint support in a global enterprise environment. Advanced experience with a macOS computing environment. JAMF administration experience. Log analysis and root cause issue identification experience. Technical and end user documentation creation experience. Strong scripting in Bash and ZSH language preferred. Powershell, batch scripting, other languages a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferred. Windows operating systems, Code42, Okta, and ServiceNow experience a plus. Knowledge of Active Directory and management a plus. Automation and creation of software and policy deployment across multiple locations (global preferred). Knowledge of Endpoint Protection Suites (example include, but not limited to: Defender, Zscaler) as well as security benchmarks. VMWare and VDI administration experience preferred. Knowledge in cybersecurity, PCI standards a plus.
