We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer and Branding Specialist to join our team full-time as the head of design in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the user interface and user experience of our company website, rebranding our company and logo, and managing social media content.

Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:

- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website using tools like Figma.

- Conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure seamless user experiences.

- Collaborate with the development team to implement and refine UI/UX design elements.

2. Branding:

- Lead the rebranding efforts, including refreshing the company logo, color palette, typography, and visual identity.

- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials.

- Align branding with company values, target audience, and market positioning.

3. Social Media Management:

- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and scheduling posts.

- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and thought process.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar software.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing.

- Experience in logo design, branding, and aesthetics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and business usage.

- Strong project management skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Pune for this full-time position.
