Amazon Freight (Amazon's external facing Freight service) is hiring a Product Manager to define the product strategy for Billing & Payments in Europe and achieve a truly exception shipper experience. Join us in building the next big thing for Amazon.

Basic qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, banking, commerce
Experience with Excel
Atleast 1 year work experience
Experience in FinOps process/billing & payments process/banking/fraud detection processes

Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
· Responsible for implementation on new and existing SOPs
· Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
· Support shippers by researching on invoice disputes and providing resolutions with SLA
· Support enterprise shippers through tickets and escalations
· Reconcile invoices and manage credit notes for effective cashflow and transactions

We are Amazon’s middle-mile logistics technology solution for anyone looking to ship road freight in UK and Europe. We enable customers to ship your palletised shipment (Less-than-Truckload, LTL) or Full-Truckloads (FTL) directly to Amazon UK and EU Fulfilment Centres (FCs) or FTL to non-Amazon facilities at competitive prices.

Network Flow Control Tower Execution Overview European ROC (Relay Operations Center) is the central control center for Transportation Execution across the Amazon's European Transportation network, supporting both domestic and inter-country transportation movements for European geographies. The team is responsible for planning and scheduling the trucks/vehicles to be placed at each of our fulfillment centers across Europe, based on various factors such as forecast, historical trends, vehicles capacity and carrier capabilities.
