Responsibilities

  • You will be part of a team providing engineering solutions to our Turbine Control Software product portfolio and supporting the expansion of the portfolio and creation of new products.
  • Addressing the issues reported from field and RCA & problem solving related to turbines in operation Support the service technical team across the globe that keeps our turbine fleet running
  • Support to sales organization by addressing new solution requirements and technology development
  • The work involves high level of engineering i.e. balancing a solution towards various specific requirements
  • Addressing the issues specific to personal systems in the turbine and developing solutions having close collaboration with the system leads
  • You will be responsible for verification of the solution on all levels, including software tests (in-house) and field verification
  • You will be also responsible for documenting and presenting your work in a precise way to your internal and external stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • Development Experience with C++
  • Sound knowledge in scripting languages like python & SQL
  • Experience in Control system using MATLAB Simulink (non-mandatory)
  • Understanding of Continuous integration solutions with e.g. Git, Jenkins, Atlassian suite
  • Education Qualification: B. Tech / B.E / MTech / ME - CSE, ECE, EEE

We do this by accelerating and governing the change management process for the complete value chain   PE Nacelles > Support & CI > BoM & Routing >G6   Responsibilities Creation and handling of Problem Reports, Change Requests and Change Notices for all Design and Production changes through PDMLink Windchill. Creation and handling of P BOM based on the requests from factories / changes to the G BOM. Create and Maintain Production Bill of material and ensure the design release/changes are implemented across Production/Supplier Plants. Handle phase in/phase out of the Materials and BoM based on the available stock, Open PO and future orders in production plants. Understand and analyze the Design changes and Verify the accuracy/completeness of BoM before the production implementation. Ensuring consistent Master data and BOM across the systems adhere to global governance. Responsible for Global Material Master attributes enrichment in Windchill PDMLink and SAP Conduct/ Participate ECM meetings along with Cross functional teams   Qualifications Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / EEE / Mechatronics) 0 - 0.6 Years of experience in any field. Competencies Change Management Knowledge: Understanding change management frameworks. Efficient handling of global stake holders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power point for reporting day to day developments/ reporting. Exposure to Excel macros and Power BI is added advantage. Ability to plan & prioritize tasks - also in a time-sensitive setting. Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
