Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing automated testing strategies and solutions using your expertise in Automated Testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement automated testing strategies and solutions using your expertise in Automated Testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, and to develop and execute test plans and test cases. - Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in automated testing. - Communicate test results and findings to stakeholders, and work with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Automated Testing, Test Automation Strategy. - Experience with industry-standard automated testing tools and frameworks. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality automated testing solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
