Job Description

• Perform L2 and L3 support for AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, and more.
• Strong understanding of commonly used Azure IaaS and PaaS Administration on Compute, Storage, Network, Firewall & Database
• Excellent hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Windows OS
• Operations - expertise like troubleshooting skills, understanding of system's capacity, bottlenecks, basics of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and network
• Experience in the process of Incident/Change/Problem management
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to our AWS environment.
• Preferred Experience on AWS DevOps (CI/CD Administration) and IaC (Cloudformation, Terraform)
• Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline routine tasks.
• Monitor AWS infrastructure for performance and resource utilization.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Research and recommend new AWS services and technologies to improve our environment.
• Document procedures and best practices for AWS management.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AWS services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS trends and technologies
• Ready / flexible to work in rotational 24x7 shifts / client working hours

• AWS Cloud (AWS Solution Architect Certification)
• Linux / Windows Operating System Operations OR Administration

Secondary Skills
