About the role

Work with trillions of clickstream events, 10s of millions of users, and a few unassuming terabytes of data. You will be responsible for the implementation and setup of Toplyne's product that aligns with the business requirements of our customers. A superior product experience for our customers is the cornerstone of our success and you will play a massive role here by creating data reports that show how Toplyne delivers value to our customers.

Additionally, your role will involve:

Create reports to help our customers understand the business impact of Toplyne.

Serve as the interface between customers and Toplyne's product, addressing technical queries, issues, and business concerns.

Develop and perform quality assurance checkpoints within your team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Work closely with Customer Success teams to reduce Time to value.

Learning how to interact with customers, how to work with data, and how Toplyne works :)

💼 Ideal fit is?

We're looking for someone who:

Should be in the final year of college.

Has excellent proficiency in SQL.

Can write code in Python.

Technically adept, open to learning new things.

Can communicate effectively and work in tandem with Customer Success and Engineering teams.

Can work from our office in Bangalore, on-site for 6 months.
