Job description 

Mission Statement:

Support the global PLM user base in all PLM process and application related issue.

 

Your responsibilities:

Analyze and troubleshoot problems.

Suggest Workarounds and Root Cause Analysis and User Access Management

Thing Worx Installation and License Configuration.

Experience in Thing template, Things, Services,

Property, Bindings, and Event, Mashup creation with Graphs, Maps, and Widgets

Industrial Thing Worx connectivity (Kepware) Configuration OPC-UA.

Industrial IoT Hardware setup connectivity to Kepware.

MQTT protocol binding in Thing Worx Foundation.

User-Interface Creation on the different applications using Thing Worx

Thing Worx Manufacturing Apps and Smart connected Operation using Thing Worx Foundation.

Using REST API to connect the IoT hardware using Thing Worx Foundation.

Your Background:

Profound knowledge in PTC Thing Worx, Kepware Windchill, Creo and associated applications.

Thing Worx, Kepware and Windchill configuration & customization.

Bachelor's degree / in electrical / mechanical / CSE / Electronics engineering or information systems with 1 -3 years of experience.

Communication skills with users from other cultural background.
