Profile Description - Graduate Commercial Trainee:


We are looking to hire young, dynamic, aspiring minds who are pursuing their final year under-graduation from the following streams:
   

  • B.Com
  • BBA/BBM
  •  B.Sc - Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics
  •  B.A - Material Management


The candidates will be given an opportunity to get trained in functions like Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management & Time Office, depending on the function they are assigned to.


Training Period: 12 months on job training from the date of joining.


Compensation:
Posting Category CTC Per Annum
Office Based Posting Rs. 3,00,000/-
Project Site Based Posting  Rs. 3,57,000/-

 

Who can apply?
Students currently in their final year of undergraduate studies (in the specified streams), having completed their 10t and 12! examinations, and expected to graduate in April/May 2024 from a recognized Indian University, provided they meet the following eligibility guidelines:


Eligibility Guidelines:
 

  • Academics: Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to 4™ Semester in the under-graduation.
     
  • Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
     
  • Back-Logs / Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during under-graduation Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper appeared and not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
     
  • Age: Candidates born between 15t July 2001 and 30t June 2006 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
     
  • Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
     
  • Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.
