Job description 

You will be working as IS Project Manager and will be part of Electrification business area for Installation Products division based in Hyderabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to IS Domain Owner and will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional and cross-cultural programs or projects, ensuring co-ordination, resource management, stakeholder or sponsor communications, reporting and financial management.

Your responsibilities

• Managing and leading a (virtual) team of highly effective IS professionals in a cross-cultural environment
• Ensuring work in the delivery domain is compliant with all applicable ABB regulations and ABB group guidelines
• Defining and managing organization and services governance, aligning responsibilities and accountabilities with internal and external stakeholders
• Building formal and informal professional networks and extending these networks within, across and external to organizational boundaries
• Managing dependencies and resolving conflicts to other ABB departments, functional areas and cross-organization dependencies
• Managing stakeholders’ expectations which cross multiple sites, functions, business units and management levels

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, technology or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the management of large-scale technology or transformational project
• Project Management or Change Management certifications would be advantageous
• Good experience with and deep knowledge of change management, transformations or PMO
• Very good experience in program and project delivery methodology or frameworks
• Strong experience in driving accountability for large size programs, projects include cross-functions services and delivery
