Description: 

PM/SM exp with a business background (Insurance Finance – Actuarial ) Mandatory

 Preferable Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore Should have Project management experience along with Scrum Master and preferable with end to end Project management experience Experience Level : 

10+ Year and relevant exp in Agile expertise should be at least 7+ years.

• Coach and advise Squad in applying the Agile methodology, 

• Additional Scrum Master Support to the individual project teams including Tribes

 • Provide Scrum training to the Squad members wherever required. 

• Preparing, supporting and evaluating scrum ceremonies for the Program.

 • Define the Jira governance principles and best practices.

 • Support integration between Tribes 

• Conducting workshops / session with the stakeholders for requirements gathering / engineering. 

• Supporting the Fit Gap Analysis and Requirement structuring / transformation, backlog structuring for 2021 cluste
