Job description 

A day in the life of a Capital One Auto Finance Projects Principal Associate 

 

Responsibilities:

Partner US and India Leadership teams on key initiatives and execute process improvements

Operational Understanding of finance processes and ability to execute as needed

Business Partner teams in India and the US to ensure that operational rhythm is maintained

Forecasting and Variance Analysis for various lines of Business

Lead & execute complex Finance projects. Illustrative examples include: (1) ERP implementation (2) Setting up of Advance Pricing Agreement, (3) ESOP implementation.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Any two of the listed qualifications: CA / MBA / CFA / CPA / FRM / CMA 

3-5 years of Work Experience 

 

Skills Required 

Effective Presentation Creation and Communication skills

Collaborative, and Solution Oriented
