As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will deploy and maintain internal platforms, collaborate with teams to troubleshoot complex problems, develop automated tools, improve system monitoring, and utilize data analysis and debugging skills. As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will be responsible for:
- Deploying and maintaining the platform and software used internally by different QA and development groups
- Collaborating with Developers and QA teams to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems for our stakeholders
- Developing and implementing automated tools/pipelines to simplify and streamline frequently seen issues and configuration change requests
- Improving our system monitoring and analysis to speed error detection, remediation, and enhancing the performance and reliability
- Leveraging skills in data analysis, network-diagnostics and debugging tools to characterize performance, reliability issues and recommend improvements.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Be well versed in Python/Perl/Shell/Bash etc. and have familiarity with writing SQL Queries.
- Have fluency working in a UNIX/Linux computing environment
- Have experience working with network monitoring tools, virtualization technologies(Docker), Jenkins, container orchestration like Kubernetes is a bonus
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to articulate technical information in an easy manner
