Job Description

HR Service Delivery Specialist:

Job Summary:

  • Work with the DTE recruiting teams to drive the recruiting risk and compliance agenda for India GU
  • Drive effective implementation of process and technology changes to bring the required impact on recruiting compliance.
  • Identify existing / potential risks and link Process, Technology and People to mitigate / eliminate the risks
  • Ensure the stakeholders are informed, integrated and enabled. Act as the SME to the recruiting and HRSS teams, applying deep expertise and knowledge on recruiting policies and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and ensure closure of all recruiting related actions identified through internal and external reviews / audits.
  • Conduct a periodic review of all recruiting manuals and review responsibilities and accountability defined in entity recruiting and HRSS manuals to identify conflicting roles, responsibilities and access between these teams.
  • Carry out checks of all recruiting processes across entities, by process, by team and by city.
  • Conduct Self-Checks of recruiting controls and processes to proactively identify vulnerabilities by partnering with entity teams
  • Regularly attend hiring events across entities to understand how the process is being executed. Report concerns or anomalies, if any, to the relevant recruiting lead.
  • Partner with the relevant teams to review any new process and technology change that is being driven in entity / HRSS recruitment teams from risk perspective.
  • Conduct review post introduction of new process and technology changes to assess awareness and effectiveness of implementation.
  • Work with the AEE Risk and Compliance team to conduct periodic forensic analytics of recruitment data.
  • Analyze candidate escalation data to identify potential issues and share with RPT (Recruiting Process & Technology) and delivery teams to fix.
  • Fraud escalations- work with CI and ER to understand the process and technology fixes required and bring to RPT and delivery teams to design and execute.
  • Partner with the concerned internal teams to carry out regular access rights reviews to hiring tools in HRSS and entity teams.
  • Publish regular reports on themes and action plans for closure to HR leadership

  • Must be excellent in stakeholder management and highly collaborative
  • Must have compliance / audit outlook
  • Good in Program Management
  • Must have problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
