Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and programs related to the development, implementation, and enhancement of our cyber security products. Your expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and tools such as Jira will be critical to ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end program management of software development and implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and customer success, to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
4. Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to track progress, manage dependencies, and report on project status to key stakeholders.
5. Actively manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
7. Coordinate and conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.
8. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely and accurate communication of project updates, risks, and issues.
9. Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.
10. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize project management methodologies and tools.
11. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project management culture.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in technical program or project management, preferably in the SaaS industry. Overall experience of 10-15years.
2. Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, digital risk, and threat intelligence.
3. Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with proficiency in Jira.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
7. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
8. Experience in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is highly desirable.
9. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and architectures is a plus.
