Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive - Sales professional to join our team from the UK location. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in the UK market. Your expertise in cyber security sales, from large enterprises to SMBs, along with the experience of coming from startup environments, will be a great value add as you establish our presence and contribute to our growth in the region.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate revenue and achieve sales targets in the UK market, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Identify and engage with prospective customers, including large enterprises and SMBs, to understand their cyber security needs and position our digital risk management and threat intelligence solutions effectively.
  3. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry associations.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape, enabling effective solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
  5. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our cyber security solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success throughout the sales process.
  7. Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team, highlighting opportunities, risks, and challenges in the UK market.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence, leveraging this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and drive business growth.
  10. Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in the cyber security industry, selling to large enterprises and SMBs.
  2. Experience in a startup environment is highly advantageous.
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of cyber security products, digital risk management, and threat intelligence.
  4. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals in a competitive market.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions to diverse audiences.
  6. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  7. Ability to quickly understand customer needs, adapt sales approaches, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  8. Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools to manage sales activities and maintain accurate records.
