We are the creators of a proprietary Intelligent Document Processing platform that automates data extraction from complex and messy unstructured documents. For over a decade, we’ve been building expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Neural Networks and much  more. We are building technology that is disrupting the data extraction space for 5+ years now.

 

And now, we are on the lookout for a great QA Lead who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance process throughout the software development life cycle. Your primary objective will be to establish and enforce quality standards and procedures, ensuring that our products meet the highest levels of reliability, functionality, and performance. You will lead a team of QA professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our deliverables. Your expertise in test planning, execution, and automation will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions to our customers.

 

Below is a list of the background we would like our QA Lead to have:

  1. An Engineering or master’s degree from a reputed university
  2. With 5+ years of experience overall in QA and 2+ years experience leading a team.
  3. Proficiency in Manual End to End functional testing of web Applications including front end UI, API and backend databases like Elastic Search, MySQL etc.
  4. Strong testing skills with a good grasp of testing methodologies and techniques. Preferably Agile or V Model.
  5. Hand-on experience in programming languages like Java/python.
  6. Experience with Automation testing in tools like Selenium, Postman, Robot, Rest-assured .
  7. Experience in Performance testing using JMeter or any other tools.
  8. Experience of CI-CD tools.

 

As a QA Lead at Infrrd, your job responsibilities will include:

  1. Defining Test Strategy for a Web or Mobile Project.
  2. Creating Test cases (Manual & Automated), Test Plan, Traceability Matrix, and Bug Reports
  3. Coordinate Testing Activities with Clients and End Users.
  4. Coordinate release cycles with different development teams.
  5. Contribute as an individual whenever the project needs it.
  6. Providing sign Off on Tests from different development environments - SIT, QA, UAT to move the application between environments.
  7. Leading QA Team
  8. Ensuring high quality delivery through testing and validation.
  9. Automation feasibility check, automation plan creation, review automation PRs and help the team with automation when needed.
