Job description 

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.

Responsibilities

•         Requirement gathering and analysis of Business requirements. 

•         Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions 

•         Keen to understand and learn business

•         Experience on agile and lean methodologies to deliver business goals.  Writing user stories and understanding value of SCRUM ceremonies

•         Participate in user testing (UAT)

•         Manage the prioritization, logging and tracking of user related issues, defects, enhancements and work requests

•         Build and maintain a reporting data dictionary and data lineage.

Minimum Qualifications

•       BE/B Tech/MCA 

•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•         Skills sets require in  Java+SQL (Data API work)  +  experience conducting data analysis for large scale complex changes which requires deep knowledge of trade life cycle and various asset classes ( Equity , fixed income etc )

•         Strong in Data querying (SQL) , data analysis, conversion.

•         Excellent verbal, written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
