Job description

Responsibilities
• Monitor timely arrival of retailer data and interact with client or counterpart daily for data reception.
• Verify and quality check the retailer data at the retailer and store level.
• Verify and quality check historical retailer data and accept the data with valid reasons.
• Monitor performance of mainframe and control M jobs and queues and ensure deliverables are on track. Balance the load through adjustments to the job submissions and interaction with different teams for queue management.
• Responsible for the accuracy of the data loaded in the Hadoop sales database.
• Provide round-the-clock support to release the country specific sales database as per the SLA.
• Gain deep understanding of the various production activities and utilize it for issue resolution and executing Ad-hoc activities.
