General Summary:

•    Ensuring the operational health of M365 environment including security, availability, performance and reliability.
•    Technical Management of O365 Exchange Online including third party products Proofpoint for Email Security.
•    Administration and support of M365 environment technology stack such as Exchange, MS Teams and OneDrive.
•    Administration of Microsoft Exchange OnPrem Servers.
•    Troubleshoot Exchange, MS Teams and other M365 technologies related issues when alerted by Monitoring tool.
•    Maintain uptime by pro-active management and monitoring to ensure environment health, and minimize disruptions to mail-flow
•    Perform regular software upgrades and patches Servers.
•    Adhere to corporate change management policies and practices.
•    Work on cross department and function projects.
•    Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.
•    Working in team-oriented, collaborative environments
•    Working towards user satisfaction and improve end-user experience.

The job will involve exposure to:

•    Excellent knowledge in administering O365, Exchange OnPrem/Online, MS Teams/Skype On-line.
•    Strong knowledge and understanding of Email Security / Proofpoint.
•    Strong knowledge of PowerShell Scripting.
•    Awareness/Experience of M365 Automation / Power Platforms.
•      Experience in a large heterogeneous environment
•    Experience of dealing with incident, problem and change management processes
•    Excellent troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 
OR 
1+ year of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical field (e.g., Business, Humanities, Marketing), or related field.
OR 
3+ years of IT-related work experience with a High school diploma or equivalent. 

Physical Requirements:
• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.
