Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Must have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Applications Development Good to Have Skills: Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Applications Development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 3. Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to ensure successful project delivery. 4. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner. 5. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Technical Experience: 1. Experience in managing project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment. 2. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education Additional Info: 1. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development. 2. The ideal candidate will possess a Strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Oracle Applications Development projects.
