About the Role:
The Content Developer creates and coordinates the production of raw content to be used in the creation of eLearning, eTraining and Video-based training programs.
As the central, primary coordinator of this material for a particular asset class, the Developer designs the curriculum plan for that segment in consultation with the manager (for example, which training channel is used to deploy which training, and how courses, modules and topics are designed to work together.)
Should possess Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with webpage development tools.Technical aptitude including knowledge of Seismic, MindTickle, Poppulo and HTML a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with many different stakeholders within the sales enablement team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills experience with a passion for extracting data insights from
various sources and transforming them into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
The incumbent works with key managers and subject matter experts to gather needed materials and content. This documentation and all necessary checks and sign-offs is critical to develop training that meets end-user needs.
The incumbent must have significant, demonstrable experience in the production or presentation of content based on instructional design strategies.
The incumbent collaborates closely with different areas of Knowledge Live, Marketing, subject matter experts, management, and any other parts of the overall business.
Shift timing : 12pm to 9pm .
