Your Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager-Digital Marketing to lead the entire digital marketing initiatives for the firm. This would include defining and driving the digital and web strategy across all the digital assets - website, emails, paid media, social media, display and programmatic etc. This role will be responsible for creating effective digital marketing strategies to build demand generation programs using digital channels. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and solutions in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

A Day in the Life

• Create and manage digital marketing plan to meet website traffic, inbound requests, and subscriber targets
• Develop content and web strategy for demand generation programs
• Own planning, messaging and management of digital channel and work closely with tech teams, different functions within marketing, different departments across the company to create a coherent digital strategy
• Develop campaign briefs, landing page structures, and content strategy basis campaign objectives and audience research
• Strategize & execute email marketing workflows & campaigns for lead generation
• Plan the digital campaigns calendar & execute critical digital marketing initiatives including webinars, newsletters etc.
• Social Media Management through proactive content creation & posting, community management & spokespeople image management for meeting monthly engagement targets and brand awareness
• Plan & execute Paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
• Data Analytics and campaign performance tracking & reporting to offer creative recommendations
• Manage monthly spends and ensure ROI in everything we do

What You Need

• Experience across different digital organic and paid channels – social media, SEO/SEM, Programmatic, Display campaigns, e-mail marketing, web analytics etc.
• Marketing/campaign/product/project management experience with any agency would be a bonu
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Excellent knowledge of the campaign briefing process
• Managing/Maintaining all the documentation required in the campaigning process
• Proficient in using CRM, reporting and Email Marketing Tools
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and excel in a dynamic environment
