DESCRIPTION
Amazon is looking for a seasoned business development manager who can build a 'scalable program' to help lakhs of newly launched SMB sellers on Amazon to adopt Amazon Advertising solutions that improve seller success.
Key job responsibilities
- Owning advertiser adoption and seller success goals for in-year , newly launched sellers on A.in (Topline, P&L responsibility).
- Building scaled-initiatives using a multi-channel approach. [Examples: Automated Ad campaign recommendation tools, One to Many outreach channels, partnerships with other seller facing Amazon teams etc]
- Determining the long-term strategy for growth and driving end-to-end execution.
- Combining insights from large data with first hand insights to define need based segments.
- Setting up automated/ semi-automated programs that work at scale across the lifecycle of an Advertiser i.e awareness, trail, adoption, continuity.
- Educating advertisers on using ad products through scaled educational mechanisms by working with internal content and marketing channels.
- Periodically monitoring and reviewing performance and taking corrective actions.
About the team
Advertising is a strategic bet for Amazon and is one of the fastest growing business units within Amazon India. This role is a part of 'Growth Customer Sales [GCS}' team that works with lakhs of SMB sellers on Amazon.in to build their brand presence using Amazon Ads.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in setting up or scaling CLM [Customer Life Cycle Management], CVM [ Customer Value Management] or Growth marketing functions in industries like Consulting, Ecommerce, Telecom, Banking etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree from Tier 1 B-schools.
- 6+ years of post-MBA experience preferred.
- Exposure to CVM, CLM, Growth marketing roles across Strategy/Analytics focused Consulting, revenue ownership roles in Telecom. Banking or incubation roles in any high growth organization.
- Comfortable to work with large data.
