Job description 

Key Responsibilities:


Training Program Governance:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for partner training programs.
  • Govern partner performance against clearly defined training guidelines, and KPIs to measure effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with training (SOPs and master service agreement (MSA).


Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and assess partner training performance using data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in partner training programs.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine training strategies to maximize impact.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners to understand their unique training needs and challenges.


Content Development and Optimization:

  • Liaison with the internal content team to develop effective training content, including e-learning modules, presentations, and documentation.
  • Periodically monitor the content and ensure the training materials remain relevant and up-to-date.


Training Delivery Oversight:

  • Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and engagement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for partners when needed, including webinars, workshops. 


Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to continuously improve training programs.
  • Act on feedback to enhance content, delivery methods, and training processes.


Certification and Recognition:

  • Administer certification programs to validate partner competencies and achievements.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding partner training performance and achievements.


Reporting and Accountability:

  • Generate and present comprehensive reports on partner training performance to internal leadership.
  • Take ownership of partner training outcomes and be accountable for meeting performance targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 6 to 8 years of overall experience, with 3 to 4 years of experience in training and at least 1 year of experience leading a team of trainers.
  • Partner management experience in a contact center environment will be a plus.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training program governance
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Certifications or specialized training relevant to the role will be an added advantage.
