Job description 

What you will do:

Core Operations:

  • Provide guidance and support to teams to conceptualize, storyboard, design, and implement initiatives that support taking Invitational Programs EP POC Execution to the next level
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous iteration of the process across the prospect lifecycle to reduce process complexity, improve confidence in EP POC data, and improve experience for Sales and Executive Services
  • Analyze lagging/leading business KPIs to improve POC adoption and impact to generate actionable insights
  • Establish and iterate operational metrics that will enable Business and Operations stakeholders to monitor EP POC progress and course correct where needed (e.g., better understanding EP POC TAT vs. other POC types)
  • Continuously improve quality of processes & deliverables by establishing a regular process check and measurement mechanism

Innovation:

  • Push self and team to partner with stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and experience for Executive Services, Sales, and prospects; implement selected innovations end-to-end and measure success 
  • Build and drive team members to implement strategic initiatives to support KPIs including process improvement ideas, A/B testing and leveraging various sources of information to make it useful for continuous improvement
  • Drive structured problem-solving on various projects as needed; provide guidance on data driven hypothesis testing and scale up approaches; support decision-making on next big bets

Continuous Process Optimization

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and apply LEAN principles to boost efficiency and productivity of processes and people
  • Explore opportunities for process optimization and redesign where required; establish process excellence to operate in a lean way including leveraging automation where possible
  • Optimize operational reporting for EP POCs to Services Stakeholders and Sales

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Own relationship-building with team members and with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Communicate and present insights to internal working teams and senior management
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to learn, ideate, and recommend automation alternatives
  • Deliver strong support to stakeholders with a no-limits mindset
  • Actively improve collaboration and coordination with global teams across time-zones

People Management

  • Lead a team of Operations associates and Coach Business Analysts; in this role, you support them in their career progression and achieving Invitational EP POC business objectives
  • Continuously support prioritization of team members with leadership to meet business objectives and ensure optimal staffing
  • Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication through providing encouragement and remaining open to feedback from the team
  • Increase productivity of team by working with tools (technical and process) that can optimize time and make process more efficient

What you’ll need:

  • MBA with 4-8 years of experience
  • 1-2 years of people leadership exposure in directly managing a team
  • Strong leadership skills to build capability within the team and collaborate with other leaders within Growth Programs and GS&O to ensure larger goals are met
  • Good command of knowledge related to Information technology, product development and its application to business
  • Knowledge/experience with hypothesis-driven quantitative and qualitative problem-solving
  • Exposure and understanding of lean six sigma, lean diagnostics, T&M and other process improvement techniques are a plus
