Responsibilities

• Dive deep into user needs: Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand what users love, dislike, and need from Paperpal & Editage. Organize and schedule user research sessions and usability testing sessions.
• Become a data detective: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover hidden insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Present with confidence: Share your research findings with stakeholders in clear and compelling ways through presentations and reports, driving informed decision-making.
• Learn from the best: Grow alongside experienced UX professionals who will mentor you and guide your development.
• Assist with tagging and summarizing video recordings of user research sessions to enhance data accessibility and analysis.
• Draft and send out surveys and interview invitations to users to gather feedback.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• A strong curiosity about human behavior and a passion for understanding user needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with users and stakeholders.
• Analytical mind and ability to interpret data to uncover actionable insights.
