We are hiring for the position of C++ Developer at Dassault Systèmes. As a C++ Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated tests in the domain of 3D CAD / Interoperability. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. You will work on developing expertise in industry-standard CAD modelers such as Inventor, Creo, Solid Edge, and Smart3D. You will also use scripting tools like VBA, AutoLisp to automate CAD model creation. It is important to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering and 0-2 years of experience in software QA. Experience with CAD software and scripting languages like Shell, Python, Perl, LISP, Scheme, VBA, JavaScript, etc. is also required.

Job description 

Role & Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop and maintain automated tests in the domain of 3D CAD / Interoperability

Ø  Develop expertise on usage of industry standard CAD modelers like Inventor, Creo, Solid Edge, Smart3D

Ø  Understand the industry usage of domains such as Mechanical CAD, Architectural CAD, Plant Design

Ø  Use  VBA, AutoLisp and other scripting tools to automate CAD model creation

Ø  Monitor and validate the performance of CAD translation tests

Ø  Validation of customer reported issues after they are fixed by development

Your Key success factors:

Ø  A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in engineering

Ø  Experience in the area of Software QA

Ø  One or more years of experience using one or more CAD software (CATIA, Creo, Solidworks etc.)

Ø  Experience with at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl, LISP, Scheme, VBA, JavaScript, etc.).

Ø  1-4 Years’ experience range.

Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø  Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
