We are looking for a Manager - Webmaster to join our digital marketing and webmasters team to maintain websites to meet user needs. As a Webmaster you will be responsible for making sites easy to use, attractive and secure. The incumbent must have expereince working on Druppal, PHP, Joomla, Codignator, Wrordpress as well as experience with analyzing site performance.

In this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator. You are an expert on all the latest web tech and tools. You will balance creativity with analytics focus.

Ultimately, you will ensure the functionality and efficiency of web infrastructure.

Role & Responsiblities:

• Create, setup and manage the server and CDN setup for Zycus.com 

• Manage CMS, plugins and add-on management, tracking tools and content additions 

• Responsible for Advance PHP & MYSQL development along with REST APIs development 

• Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues 

• Create website pages/landing pages/HTML email templates by using best practices 

• Work on PHP/HTML5/CSS3 practices and modern frameworks 

• Integrate data from the Zycus marketing automation tool set 

Gather and refine specifications and requirements, design simple mock ups based on business and technical needs, implement approved layouts in HTML5/CSS 

 • Maintain documentation & manage analytics for all website-related reporting and KPIs

Job Requirement

• +5 yrs of experience in owning and managing a corporate website, web programming/hosting and site setup • Experience in Joomla, LAMP (Linux Apache Mysql PHP) and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML5/CSS3 

• Familiarity with content delivery networks like CloudFlare/MaxCDN/Fastly 

• Deep familiarity with the following programming languages: PHP, MYSQL, REST APIs, JQUERY and JavaScript 

• A solid understanding of how web applications work including server setup, security, development best practices 

• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems and web application development • Aggressive problem diagnosis, strong multi tasking and creative problem solving skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Commitment & Initiative 

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques

Mandatory Qualifications: 3-6 years of Inside sales experience in SaaS or equivalent B2B setup. Should have basic understanding of sales tools and CRM. Strong communication skills, oral & written. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. Proven experience in a customer-facing role. Should have worked on understanding customer requirements, identifying pain points and probing to understand how their business currently works Experience in managing and leading a sales team is preferred. Experience in the Fintech space/Payments industry would be an added advantage
