We are hiring for the position of HR Coordinator. As an HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include proactively sourcing and identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining accurate records, and supporting HR operations activities. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

 Responsibilities as a HR Co-ordinator

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers /defined panels team members, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis.
  • Utilizes UKG system throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • UKG - Verification of personal data and updating / uploading information as on need basis for APAC.
  • Work on APAC HR assist tickets and ensure that employees queries are addressed on time with support from HR Business Partner.
  • Joining - work with the HR Business partner to complete the onboarding process for APAC new hires.
  • Exit - work with HR Business partner and ensure that offboarding process is completed as per the exit guidelines of each of the APAC countries.
  • Collate payroll input for APAC as necessary.
  • Support other HR Operations activities for APAC as required.
  • Support India HR Operation activities including data analysis, personal file update etc
  • Support India HR Engagement activities

    Skills & Experience:

    • Able to work across verticals, skillsets and/or geographies to ensure that hiring process is seamlessly implemented.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong time-management abilities.
