Job Description:
The role will provide employee and frontline manager support to teams across India Stores business. Key responsibilities will include:
· Design, deliver and constantly improve our Onboarding Programs for the business, in order to guarantee a positive Day 1/employee experience
· Partner with HR Services (HRS) to ensure that people processes are continuously reviewed and streamlined
· Act as the local expert on requests that are site specific like policies and labor law changes
· Support front line people managers on performance management cases
· Supports Employee Relations processes and consult managers on people matters that require knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation, across multiple countries
· Manage employee engagement programs and support managers with action plans to drive improvements
· Provide the tools, framework and support to HR Business Partners and Business Managers on change initiatives and execute change plans locally
· Support the Talent Management process, developing toolkits and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient
· Enable the success of new and experienced managers by leveraging, delivering and improving existing training content
· Support with, and coach front line managers for career development conversations
· Act as stewards of the employee experience and Amazon “culture keepers”
· Act as POC and Program Manager for people tools, processes, programs or projects and manage implementation and review of those
· Collaborate with other HR Business Partners on key HR areas/projects that are critical for the site/Region, such as introduction of new policies or benefits
· Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate

Critical Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
· Business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
· Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
· Interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
· Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
· Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring multi-tasking abilities
. Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft office

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Other Qualifications:

· Degree in Human Resources with about 3-5 years’ work experience,
· Ability to analyze organization and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them
· Experience in dealing with contingent workforce will be an advantage
· Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within an operations structure
· Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks
· Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
· Exposure to multi-state and international employment law
- · Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws
- · Ability to influence and drive initiatives with Global HR partners

El titular del puesto será responsable de proporcionar excelencia en el apoyo a los líderes, gerentes y empleados  sobre procesos de Recursos Humanos dentro del Segmento de Negocio Oilfield Service and Equipment (OFSE), enfocado en procesos tanto locales como regionales, y colabora con otros Equipos Regionales de RRHH, Centros de Excelencia de RRHH (Compensación y Beneficios, Adquisición de Talento, Relaciones Laborales, Human Capital and Technology, Nómina, etc.) así como con otros equipos funcionales no relacionados con RRHH según sea necesario.   Responsabilidades :   Relaciones laborales y con los empleados Colaborar con el Centro de Excelencia de Relaciones Laborales y de Empleados (CoE L&ER) para implementar con éxito las políticas y el marco de Relaciones Laborales y de Empleados para la Línea de Producto o área geográfica asignada. Adherirse a la estrategia y directrices de L&ER recomendadas, y ejecutar las actividades diarias de L&ER a nivel local aplicando el conocimiento de los requisitos legales vigentes para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo, incluyendo (pero sin limitarse a): Acciones disciplinarias/reclamos : Atender las consultas/reclamos de los empleados, organizar a las partes interesadas para las investigaciones, determinar las medidas correctivas y actuar junto con el CoE de L&ER.
