Your responsibilities

 

  • Experience in cyber security requirements, design and implementation for the industrial applications and products developed in multiple platforms.
  • Experience in handling software and hardware cyber security and hardening concepts.
  • Defining threat model for the platform and applications. Identifying, presenting, and applying industry best practices for cyber security.
  • Support sales activities by providing information about security measures implemented for specific products and support sales and account managers in filling in product-specific security questionnaires.
  • Working with the platform and application development teams and ensure implementation of cyber security requirements and ensure it aligns with organization standards.
  • Driving awareness in the team on cyber security risks, requirements and compliance, track and report compliance to ABB cyber security standards in development.
  • Collaborate with R&D Product Development and Management teams across globe to ensure adherence to cyber security guidelines.
  • Monitor the latest threats in cybersecurity and stay up to date on the best protective strategies for products within the responsibility of the respective Business Line.
  • Evaluate security problems as they arise and develop the best ways to resolve them. Incident handling.
  • Support product development teams to ensure that cyber security requirements are already considered during the design phase.
  • Perform cyber security assessment to ensure compliance of ABB’s products and offerings with ABB’s cyber security standards. Assessment to be perform for products and offerings of other Business Lines to avoid conflicts of interest.

 

Your background

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics or similar from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in defining, designing, and guiding implementation of cyber security best practices and standards for Industrial software and Automation Platforms.
  • Should preferably have 3+ years of experience in cyber security for Industrial Automation, cloud hosted products along with edge solutions or IoT devices.
  • Required in-depth technical understanding of the relevant products, technology stacks and challenges that especially bridge IT and OT networks. Should have in-depth understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
  • Should have experience with cyber security threat modeling and assessment using various tools such as threat modeler and Microsoft threat modeling tool etc.
  • Should ideally have experience with various security tools Burp Suite, API Security testing tools, Docker Image scanning solutions, vulnerability analysis, security risk management, security risk identification and mitigation.
  • Industrial Automation domain exposure is an added advantage.
