We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Ad Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the field of digital advertising, a basic understanding of advertising principles, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Ad Expert, you will work closely with the advertising team to support the development, implementation, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, monitor, analyse and optimise ad campaigns on Meta
  • Create, monitor, analyse and optimise ad campaigns on Google (Search, Display and Youtube)
  • Create, monitor, analyse and optimise ad campaigns on other platforms such as Bing, Twitter, Linkedin, Redditt etc.
  • Strategize, execute and analyse various types of ad campaigns to maximise ROI
  • Implement a clear framework to measure and report results of A/B tests and multivariate tests across design and target audience
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure impact of paid digital activities and suggest improvements
  • Create marketing reports using various tools to clearly report impact of paid activities across various channels
