What you’ll do
The Partner Sales Manager role identifies and develops key GSi (Global Solution Implementer) account alliances and relationship programs, designed to produce Partner Direct & Co-sell sales opportunities. This involves recruiting, developing and managing strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines to ensure the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of Adobe client accounts.
You will be at the forefront of promoting Adobe platform solutions products in conjunction with key GSi alliances/partnerships to build scale & drive customer value.
Working toward mutual goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and
support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance within the GSi executive ranks, the role will be a key enabler in the growth via Partners of the Adobe India business.
You will, together with our strategic partners, sales & specialist teams, drive major opportunities and create demand for future opportunities by building higher level and broader strategic co-sell partner relationships.
What you’ll do
· Develop and execute partner’s Adobe Digital Marketing GTM Strategy
· Meet and exceed various quota targets.
· Coordinate executive “Peer to Peer” engagements with GSi senior executives.
· Be the link between Adobe India executive leadership & the GSi executive team.
· Partner profitability through modeling and understanding your partner's "go to market" (GTM) strategies.
· Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring partner performance against pre-established business metrics.
· Focus on customer value realization via our GSi Partners
What you need to succeed
· 10 years + experience in IT/Martech industry and with strong understanding of Digital Marketing product applications, solutions and operations
· Experience working with Digital Marketing Strategies, Tools and Resources
· Strong understanding of product distribution "routes to market", Channel Strategies and Programs
· Team player, with a proven ability to manage by influence at executive levels
· Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills required
· Proven ability to work independently, without administrative support.
· Strong English language written & spoken skills.
· 5+ years of experience with Enterprise software and Partner/Agency development
· High-level of business acumen
· Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with Partners and Customers
· Strong analytical skills
· Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
· The role requires up to 30% travel
