Key responsibilities: Accurate & timely closure of accounting books as per Group policies. Perform month end closing activities such as bank reconciliation, accruals, prepaid, depreciation, bad debts provision etc. Perform / Validate internal controls for various accounting tasks. Exchange rates upload & Monthly Balance sheet revaluation postings. General management reporting & other adhoc reporting. Provide recommendations for process optimization. Support GSC Team Leads to complete & meet the timelines for new migration planned. First point of contact for stakeholders for daily operations activities. Working cross-functionally with stakeholders both based in Pune & country for accounting/reporting projects.   Primary internal stakeholders: Group Finance Business Process Owner GSC Team Leads and Staff Regional and Local Finance Team Members   Required experience: 7+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounting Sound knowledge in ATR / GL accounting. Experience in management reporting, financial controlling & analytical work. Have successfully managed accounting projects (migration / ERP implementation) Understanding of internal controls Finance shared service centre experience (RTR/GL)   Technical skills : Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Navision would be preferred. Good Knowledge of Excel, Teams, PowerPoint IFRS Certification would be an added advantage Preferably experience working with Power BI   Business skills: Sound problem solving, analytical & time management skills to close the books as per stringent closing timelines. Strong stakeholder management experience.
