 The Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud services. This role requires strong technical skills, as well as the ability to lead a team of developers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Leading the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud services

·         Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs

·         Managing a team of developers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

·         Developing and implementing integration patterns and best practices

·         Ensuring that integration solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable

·         Developing and implementing test plans and procedures to ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested before deployment

·         Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integration solutions

·         Developing and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals

·         Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members

·         Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in integration

 

QUALIFICATIONS we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

 

·         A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

·       Experience in software development, with a focus on integration solutions

·         Strong technical skills in Oracle Integration Cloud services, as well as related technologies such as REST, SOAP, and XML

·         Experience with agile development methodologies

·         Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·         Experience with cloud-based integration solutions

Preferred Qualifications/skills

·         Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.

·         Overall, the Oracle Integration Cloud lead plays a critical role in ensuring that integration solutions are designed, developed, and implemented effectively using Oracle Integration Cloud services. This requires strong technical skills, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers and engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
