Skills Required

- Hands on experience on any of the Adverse Event Reporting solutions like Argus Safety, ArisG, Oracle AERS, Clintrace and related modules will be a plus

- Hands on experience on any data migration/warehousing implementation for an Adverse Event Reporting system like Argus Safety, ArisG, Oracle AERS, Clintrace and related modules will be a plus

- Hands on experience of Snowflake database, JSON will be a plus

Main Responsibilities

'- Be responsible for performing a range of functions in the areas of technical design/review, development, deployment and integration of Data Migration solutions

- Design, Develop, unit test and implement technical configuration for Adverse Event Reporting products including Argus Safety, ArisG and related modules

- Be responsible for supporting the client's ability to collect, manage, and visualize vast amounts of data to influence decision-making at all levels

- Understand business requirements, relational databases and data models

- Facilitate client demo sessions/workshops

- Be SME/Lead in multiple client projects

- Be responsible for data analysis, contribute to reporting specs, develop reports, dashboards and complex SQL queries

- Authoring of design specifications, installation qualifications, execution of unit testing

- Be responsible for authoring project documentation/deliverables

- Be responsible for conducting code reviews and train other team members on relevant tools, technologies and best practices

- Self driven, deliver agreed outputs independently

- Be responsible for managing dynamic teams, manage & monitor WBS/ Project Plans, risks, issues

- Be flexible in playing the role of a line manager and coach for direct reports

- Be flexible in playing the role of a technical mentor for team members

- International travel readiness, work hours that overlap global client location and Time-zones

- Commitment to excellence and high quality standards

- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work on multiple technical areas with changing priorities

- Flexibility to adapt & work on variety of tools & technologies like Cognos, Business Objects, OBIEE, Si-Sense, QlikView, Snowflake, Ephesoft, MuleSoft, Salesforce etc. based on client/project needs

Organizational development responsibilities:

- Lead and drive organizational initiatives for skill & competency building, continuous innovation and quality improvements, people and delivery readiness

- Responsible for significant and tangible client impact from all engagements.

- Seeks out and identifies new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients – ensures a continuous flow of business from client engagements.

- Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues.

- Takes lead role in proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients.

- Manages client interface and ensures project team achieves efficient and effective project delivery.

- Serves as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem solving skills.

- Identifies issues of importance to the industry/clients and works with CoE Leaders and/or Geographic Leaders to develop tangible and commercial offerings.

- Contributes to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in the market place, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.

- Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.

- Responsible for hiring, onboarding & performance appraisal and career growth of the team
