  • Lead/ manage client digital projects or parts of large projects
  • Lead pursuits/ parts of large pursuits
  • Manage client relationships during projects/ pursuits
  • Develop POVs/ thought leadership to grow the Invent brand strength in the Indian market
  • Possesses combination of digital/ technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically

Primary Skills

  • 6-11 years of progressive work experience in Consulting firms/ OEMs in the Automotive domain
  • Prior project or work experience in the area of CMR/ Digital/ Sales/ Marketing -
  • Good knowledge of Automotive sales/ marketing/ aftersales
  • Experience in Digital strategy and operations projects 
  • Experience in design, optimization and implementation of business processe
  • Experience of Salesforce CRM in automotive preferred.
  • Experience of CRM with Consulting firms such as Salesforce, Infosys, Wipro, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PWC preferred

Secondary Skills

  • Has led/ contributed to thought leadership, POCs, solutions/ consulting asset development 
  • Ability to structure, analyze and present complex ideas to business leaders and clients
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and resolving conflict
