As an Ariba Procurement (P2P) Expert, you will manage the end-to-end Ariba procurement system, collaborate with AMS & ERP teams, conduct system audits, provide training to end-users, analyze procurement processes, streamline workflows, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, collaborate with business teams, identify process improvements, and participate in system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

As an Ariba Procurement (P2P) Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end Ariba procurement system, including configuration, maintenance, and user support.
  • Collaborating with AMS & ERP teams to ensure system integration, data integrity, and overall system stability.
  • Conducting regular system audits and implement enhancements or updates as required.
  • Providing training and guidance to end-users on Ariba system functionalities and best practices.
  • Analyzing and evaluate existing procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Streamlining requisition, sourcing, and purchasing workflows using Ariba tools and functionalities.
  • Monitoring and measuring (KPIs) related to procurement processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Preparing regular reports on procurement metrics and KPIs for management review.
  • Collaborating with business teams to reconcile procurement data, track savings, and support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Ariba system.
  • Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and UAT to ensure smooth operation and optimal system performance.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with minimum 8 years of profession experience with ARIBA Procurement
  • Have a proven experience working with Ariba procurement software, including system configuration and administration.
  • Have a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and strategic sourcing principles.
  • Have an excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Have a proficiency in generating reports and analyzing procurement metrics using different analytical tools like
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a certification in Ariba or other relevant procurement systems is a plus.
