Candidate with ERP Background with understanding of ERP Business Functions in the Finance / SCM domain. Well versed with AR, AP, GL, OM, PO AP business flows.

Primary roles are to analyze the incoming tickets raised by business users, deep dive each of the incidents and able to perform the trend analysis. Differentiate the issues and triage those into different buckets and do the problem management. Drive the conclusions to identify most painful areas for business and provide the Longterm roadmap.

Candidate should have good documentation, presentation and communication skills
