Job Description (revised):

The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  1. Providing hands-on experience and expertise in Routing, Switching, Firewall, and SD-WAN technologies.
  2. Offering L2 and L3 support for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN (preferably with Silver Peak experience), VPN, Firewall (with expertise in Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Juniper), Routers, Switches (especially Juniper), and addressing P1/P2/P3/P4 tickets.
  3. Monitoring and optimizing bandwidth usage.
  4. Implementing network load balancing, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
  5. Analyzing Firewall logs for security and performance.
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve network performance.
  7. Providing day-to-day support for Beckman network systems.
  8. Preparing necessary functional documentation.
  9. Managing incidents, changes, service requests, and projects.
  10. Involving the Network Lead during MIM calls for 24x7 support.
  11. Offering project support.
  12. Delivering 24x7 global network operation support for Beckman.
