We are looking for a candidate with 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM and a strong background in GRC, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and ITAM. The ideal candidate should be ServiceNow CIS certified and have experience working on different modules. They should have the ability to design solutions, understand technical architecture, and work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions. The candidate should also have strong technical skills in REST, SOAP, and JavaScript and be a good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
