Roles and Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility based on securing customer contracts and related specifications in tenders and projects according to the schedule for the assigned electrical scope of supply and services and the fulfilment of related tasks.                                                                                                           
Work in the project team as a team member with close collaboration and communication with the project team.  Conduct, implement and/or review electrical engineering design with focus on contract fulfillment, related concepts, BoQs and technical specifications.
Develop, communicate and negotiate technical solutions internally and externally.                                        Managing of internal and external suppliers.                                                                                                             Handling of primary-, secondary and layout interfaces.                                                                                       Supporting the construction site during electrical installation and commissioning phase, solve problems and take over certain Site activities if required.                                                                                                                             Ensure QA, EHS within assigned tasks and beyond.                                                                                                   Identify risks and opportunities and continue to implement lessons learned and improvement measures.

Job Description:

Bachelors / Masters (Electrical, Energy Mgt., Power Systems, High Voltage) with minimum 3-7 year of experience in electrical engineering solution projects preferable.                                      
Interested in the business and the project processes, rules, and technologies.                     
Intercultural sensitivity, in order to work in (virtual) international team                                
Interested in intercultural collaboration and cooperation with international clients, consortium partners and suppliers. English language skills required.
