The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Location : Bangalore Roles and Responsibilities: Be part of V&V activities of medical device. Expected to be involved in device development cycle to understand the requirements, defining the design CTQs, challenging the design through review & ensuring supplier process quality before prototype shipment for V&V. Develop V&V plan, review with stakeholders, execution & documentation. Understand the revision changes in design, conduct regressive test for failure detection and report the failures. Conduct system level test to identify failure due to software revision changes. Develop test environments and test cases. Documentation of test analysis, results & reporting failures. Manage test labs. Support in in-house & external lab testing at client site. Support in reliability tests & regulatory approvals. Required skillsets: 3-6 years of experience in Ultrasound Probe device V&V activities. Experience in component level testing of PWA in probe devices, Cable, Flex, shielding: FAI, Pin Mapping Check, Mux CTRL signal check, Physical assembly check, Mux Function check, Flex bending and peel strength. Experience in testing probe transducer assembly - Capacitance test, impedance test (w/, w/o Lens), Acoustic test, hi-pot & Leakage test, Pressure Test Experience in probe system scanning test. Experience in functional testing. Experience in board bring-up & debugging. Experience in EMI/EMC testing. Experience in Shock and Vibration, Thermal Cycling, Environmental, HALT, HAST Good to have skillsets: Regulatory standards knowledge like IEC 60601-1, QSR per 21 CFR Part 820, particular standards, collateral standards, etc. Usage of ECAD design tool like Cadence, Simulation tool like PSPICE etc. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
