Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish project schedule, man-hour budget and monitor its progress.
- Routinely analyze, evaluate, and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule.
- Assess the impacts of design or construction changes to the schedule.
- Coordinate project team implementation with national or international partners. If necessary, participate in negotiations with subcontractors, together with the commercial project manager.
- Ensure that the project goals are defined with the customer and all project participants, are achieved.
- Develop and maintain integrated role & resource loaded baseline schedule and current schedule for better forecasting
- Report the status of Man-Hours Actuals, Demand/ Forecast data to appropriate project and company management. Prepare slide pack for review
- Evaluate actual position of the project, compare the actual state with the desired state, and take corrective actions if required.
- Issue progress reports, program updates and productivity data on a regular basis and as requested by customers and stakeholders
- Coordinate all work on the project, ensuring that objectives are met within schedule & budget.
- Verify progress and identify any potential and critical issues.
- Work with the teams to recommend recovery plans and update the schedule and budget accordingly.
- Identify and explore additional business opportunities during project implementation
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Expertise in MS project
- Experience in Oil & Gas project management
Desired Skills:
- Should have diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Should have total experience of 6–8 years in project planning & scheduling
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas Domain
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal (English)
- Multi-culture experience, Proactive, Self-Motivated, Flexible
