Responsibilities:
Hardware Design & Development: Design, prototype, and validate hardware components and systems for our robotic solutions.
Component Selection: Identify and select appropriate sensors, actuators, processors, and other components to meet system requirements.
Testing & Validation: Collaborate with firmware and software teams to test hardware components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of hardware designs, specifications, and testing results for internal and external collaborators.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics and hardware design, bringing innovative ideas and improvements to our platforms.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of proven experience as a Hardware Engineer or in a similar role (Priority given to experience in Hardware Startups).
Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools like Altium, Eagle, or SW Electrical.
Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, PCB design, and layout principles.
Experience with various sensors, actuators, and embedded systems used in Robotics.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring the robustness and reliability of hardware components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
