AVD JOB DESCRIPTION Virtual Desktop Engineer – Azure VDI · 

Minimum of 7-10 years hands on experience working with Azure Virtual Desktops · 

Azure management Group, Subscription, Resource Group, Tenant. 

Azure Virtual Desktop Licensing 

· Design consideration of Azure Virtual Desktop, Planning and Prerequisites, Cost estimation of AVD.

 · Azure Virtual Desktop architect (create large scale env) and maintenance (troubleshooting) experience. 

· Installing and configuring Microsoft AVD technologies including host pools AVD images and scaling. 

· Must know the types of Virtual Desktop and configuration. 

· Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment including Creating Images, deploy VMs, monitor VM performance.

 · Engineer and support multiple Windows desktop images. 

Azure Compute Gallery/Shared Image Gallery. 

· Watermarking in AVD, AVD custom image templates. 

HashiCorp packer for imaging. 

· Must know Azure Host Pool and Load Balancing methods, assign users host poo
