Job description

Job Overview Location Tech/ GNSS compliance testing on Qualcomm target platforms. Review 3GPP GCF/ PTCRB location conformance test standards, Carrier test requirements for LBS, E911. Create test strategy plans, validate test scenarios. Execute functional, performance tests and document KPI test results. Comparison of test results with a reference, thorough Log Analysis. Analyze Modem/ Apps logs relevant to Location technology and work with relevant tech PoCs to follow up issues if any and drive them to closure. Work with test PoCs across different teams to gather the test progress and send out weekly test status reports .

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical & Communication Engineering or equivalent
6 - 9 years' work experience in relevant field.
Modem or RF test background. Understand digital communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Test experience in any one of 5G/ LTE/ UMTS/GSM/1X validation is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills
GNSS and Location technology experience is plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
