Roles and Responsibilities

  • Data Crunching: Collect, clean, and analyze compensation and benefits data to derive actionable insights.
  • Analysis Preparation: Collaborate with our Total Rewards Managers to prepare comprehensive data-driven reports and presentations.
  • Data Visualization: Develop visually engaging reports and dashboards to help stakeholders understand complex compensation and benefits data.
  • Benchmarking: Assist in benchmarking our compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and automation opportunities to streamline data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support effective decision-making.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data requests and contribute to special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel are essential for this role.
  • Dashboard building experience using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, HR, or Data Analytics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics area, preferably in Human Resources field.
