Your Role:

  • Develop and Manage EHS Processes, procedure, and systems.
  • Manage all EHS Tools as the single POC for all such tools.
  • Create training modules on the applicability/ usability of all EHS Tools
  • Train employees on all kinds of EHS tools across SP India
  •  

Basic Qualifications(requirements):

 

B.E/ B. Tech/ Diploma in Engineering/ B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry and Math’s plus EHS Qualifications M. Tech in Industrial Safety or P.G Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Recognized Technical Board or RLI/CLI

Job Description Roles And Responsibilities   · Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for bankers, investors and company’s board of directors · Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view. · Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. · Uses high level of judgment to make judgements and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision. · Completion of the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies. · Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. · Completion all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation. · Engage in quarterly Limited Reviews and annual audits with Statutory and Internal Auditors. · Preparation of consolidation and publication of quarterly and annual results to the shareholders and stock exchange   Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. The applicant must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience of a listed company At least 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry. Prior experience in Big 4 is preferred Experience in managing statutory & internal auditors. Prior working experience in Finance ERP, preferably in SAP
